Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thesupplesuite@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
- Your package was lost in transit (verified via tracking information).
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Items that have been used or opened.
- Delayed shipping due to carrier issues.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing and cannot cancel the order.
